Title: Drawing up a contract?

I've been asked to produce one for a customer ( a retirement home) but have never needed to before is there a template for this about anywhere?

few more details on what you need m8 what is the contract for, what method etc etc

Hi Ian, it's to clean the communial windows inside and out wfp on a ten week cycle. So I suppose I just state the obvious and give them some bank details and insurance details?
