Next to my SEO project my next largest spend is referral payment. if you want to cut out the effort of SEOIng your site then this might be you way. I have over the last two months paid one carpet cleaner and a few clients for referrals. it works
The carpet cleaner that passes on the work uses the money to finance his AdWords. and as you know you get inquiries from all over, and most don't like to travel. so make some money from them.
look at it as a joint venture. you spent the money getting the hits so don't limit your site geographically
One customer financed their clean from this. getting their carpets cleaned for free. how good was that? :)
