Title: Subcontractors Questionnaire

Hi all

I sent a letter introducing  our company to a retirement care group regarding communal cleaning and they sent us a Subcontractors Questionnaire form. They wanted to know our turn over for the last five years, number of employees , how many years trading and value of work sought. Am I being paranoid but why do they want to know so much. 

What our these  companies like are they more hassel than they are worth.

Your advice would be appreciated.

There probably trying to decide if your a reputable company. Are they run by the council?

No it is a private company.

They maybe trying to see how far they can push you on the price for the job and payment terms
