After window washers laid himself bare with his website design i thought i would do the same.
Tell me what you think
Bear in mind i am a techniphobe so any technicle jargon will go over my head ???

Could you link SLWCN please.
One advise but it is up to you is take out your email address as you already have a contact page. Otherwise you will get a lot of junk mail which I myself am getting 20 per day and it is annoying.

Little tip for the Junk mail by adding an email address on your site:
make your email address into an image and do not call it your email address the spiders that look for email address cannot see it.
site looks good, one thing is the marketing of it, I cant see the meta details (keywords etc) and the title on all pages will not help you make this site work. I can of course help you and anyone on this ;D

I am just going to advertise the site to current customers and on my stationary as i said in my original post i know little to nothing about computers i can just manage to post on this forum ;)

did you do your site yourself?
if you have access to it, I will help with the things I just said free of charge, if you had it designed by someone else ask them to put in keywords so people that live in your area that dont use you or know your company name will find your website, search google or yahoo for a window cleaner in st. neots or cambridge and you will see what i mean

Have to go for now and doubt i will be here tomorrow as i have a funeral in dunfermline and need to be there early as it is going to me mobbed local football legend thats related to my in laws

Does the "title" , "keywords", "description" have to have the important key word like yours is cambridge and window cleaners in each section.
So Dean would have to have Angus, window cleaner in all 3.

I really like the site.
Simple and to the point.
I would replace the weather report with some good pictures of you working in a uniform or of your van etc. That will add a bit more balance with pictures and text and cheer it up a bit.
You need people to see the site, so to get more visitors I would buy another domain name which includes the keywords people are likely to type in Google if they are looking for a window cleaner in your area.
So i would register www.windowcleanerangus.co.uk for example.
That will likey get your near the top if anyone searches for window cleaner angus
If it doesn't make top slot, then get links to your site in as many places as possible, give it time and it will climb the rankings.
if you do change to another domain name, just put a redirect on the old site to the new site.
