There's a free online tool to calculate this: -
Business Link site (http://www.businesslink.gov.uk/bdotg/action/layer?topicId=1079427399&r.l1=1073858787&r.l3=1074414642&r.t=RESOURCES&r.i=1074414822&r.l2=1073858926&r.s=e)
however, generally it's 20 days per year pro-rata, increasing to 24 days in Oct 2007 and 28 days in Apr 2009.
So at the moment on 20 hours she'd be entitled to 10 days off. Working 16 hours from Oct 2007 she'd get 9.6 days, rising to 11.2 from Apr 2009.

thanks but dose this include bankholidays

If you are paying her but she's not working on bank holidays, then they count towards it. If she's not being paid, or is working on bank holidays, then they don't.
