Window Cleaning Round FOR SALE

Asking £6,500 (3.5 x monthly value)

Book has:
£470 per week (average)
£1880 per month (average)
Total of £2750 on 6 week schedule.

Mix of Wfp and Trad with scope to increase wfp use.
Steady expansion thru customer recommendations.
Good paying customers – I’ve weeded out those who didn’t!
Customers are used to envelopes and on-line banking… very few callbacks to collect money!
I’ve been serving them for the last 2 ½ years.
Parts of the round have a 10+ year history.
Compact round - all within a 3 mile radius, based in Fareham (Hants).
99% residential work.
Annual price review due shortly – would benefit incoming w/cleaner.

Round is for sale as I am about to take the next step in my career change.

Please note: To protect the round – I will only consider serious persons.  Would require a 50% deposit up-front – would then work thru the round with you doing customer introductions etc with the remaining 50% upon completion.  Other T+C’s as mutually agreed/required.

PS: Wfp kit available by separate negotiation... Trolley system rather than a van.

If you are selling the trolley separately I might be interested. The spec and cost would be useful.
I am only working part-time in Portsmouth at the moment and would have snapped your hand off next year for the round! ;D

You are more than welcome to pop over to see the system... it's a diy build rather than a brand name.  If it doesn't go with the round then I'll bung it on here for you  ;D  I've yet to think about spec and cost - suffice to say it's hundreds not thousands!
