Title: collecting question

The round I'm starting tomorrow.all customers are used to a collection service, but I want to change it to leave an addressed envelope for a cheque to be sent, problem is I'm worried about all the changes I'll be making.....New W/C.....WFP for the 1st time,prices seem too low,whether to put prices up,alot for customers who are used to same trad W/C for years to take in.What do you think??

If it was me i would carry on collecting for a few months then change them over to envelope's
