Title: Collecting Money ?

Hi you Guys

I am about to start window cleaning in the next week or so and was wondering weather it is best to collect the money if they are not in on a friday night or put a card through and let them post it to me or collect the money next time. what do you guys do ?

I never go collecting. If mine are out i leave an addressed evelope, with the first line of thier address & what they owe on the inside but no stamp.

I just leave a calling card with all the details on and they post a cheque or pay online, if they dont post or pay on time, i charge them for being late, every other big company charge £12 or more if you pay them late I charge miles less 99% of my customers understand this and dont have a problem if they forget they dont mind paying a late fee and they say sorry, the 1% that do mind are the late payers and you just cant have to many of them can you?.  ;)
