Normally I just stick to cleaning carpets but somehow got sucked into doing a full Landlords Clean in a minging flat.

I take my hats off to you guys who do this on a regular basis.

I think you should charge £50 an hour

Ian, sometimes we do!

Although I usually hover around the £30 p/h mark

will have to raise our rates then - we normally aim around £20/hr
