Can you call me on 07763 143280, i,ve been burgled & had computer stolen. Including a lot of back-up files.

I have an old download dec 2006, but unable to install.

Will have new computer up & running next week.

Got message to download, take to long to go round wrekin with e-mails. Exactly which way do you mean, download trial or other. Then i have disc with back-up on will it regognise & load or what exactly.

Done everything it said & still cannot access saved files or load.

Been trying to load on daughters computer to access while waitng for new computer, no insurance so got to buy new one after repairing & securing premise.

Can we speak tomorrow, & go through exactly how to access saved info. Call me or send text on 07763 143280 with a convenient time & i will call you back.

To say i am p----d off & have an headache is an understatement

Tried to up load again but will not.

Is it because its trial programme. Should it be the other.

Will be getting computer thurs or fri, so will load properly then.

But need info from you to make sur correct, disc is or was last updated dec 06 so will hold almost all our work.

I,ve tried to load at moment on daughters & have now give up will revert to paper trail for now, till you correspond with info to load new computer.

I could do with a call, i have asked for you to text, so i can call you back its now a week since  i first contacted you explaining difficulties with your programme. Probably something simple to do with which format to run on.

I will be available today thursday to go through & possibly have new computer
