Applicator, Squeegie best get a 12" , and extension pole if needed also some scrim or microfibre, a bucket and some fairy liquid or squeegie off, a scraper.
If you do need a extension pole you will also need a fixi-clamp to hole your cloth to detail.
Also some a couple of pouch's i like the green unger and a belt also a bucket on a belt and your sorted.
And as for suppliers this forum owner supplies everything you need click the link at the top of the page.

Got my starter kit from E-bay and bought my ladders from a private seller in the paper. All in, the kit cost about 50 quid (inc bucket-on-a-belt) and the ladders another 40.
Kit is here -->http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Window-Cleaning-Starter-Kit-Ettore_W0QQitemZ270116601833QQihZ017QQcategoryZ112579QQrdZ1QQssPageNameZWD1VQQcmdZViewItem
I found them to be a great, friendly company to deal with. Run by a window cleaner...
Hope this helps.
