Wich carpet machine is better?
Prochem steempro 2000 powerplus or the Ninja carpet cleaning machine 400psi.
Thanks for your help

Ninja is far better.

Ninja is by far better. Sorry did'nt mean to sound like a parrot. 1, ninja has greater PSI (if you buy right one ) 2, Ninja has inline heater (if you buy right one) 3, ninja has better vacs.
Steempro is better looking, easier to use and easier to move around. So as a starter is a good buy.
This opinion is from someone who started life with a Steempro and now has a Ninja so I thought I was qualified to comment.

p.s. put some details on your profile, you'll get a better and more varied response.

Can’t comment on the Ninja 400psi, as I haven’t used one, perhaps one day! But have used their 135psi and 2000 powerplus. imo the ninja has the edge.

What about a steamvac avenger S2, 2000psi fully auto dump/fill,twin multi stage
1100 watt vacs, great for tile and grout.

Sounds good Worx but think thats probably quite a bit more expensive than the two mentioned.

SLB.
I went through the route you are going down and got great advice of this forum.
If your budget will allow i would go for the ninja as i have myself.
The reasons i based this on was although the prochem is a good machine it does not come with the choice of a heating element in the solution tank , so if you are working where ther is no hot water you are stuffed or you have to use cold and i know some people say that is all you need.
prochem do offer a heat exchanger as an option but this is not cheap, you can also have this option with a ninja or even have a built in one. Ninja with 400psi pump or prochem with135psi pump i know people again will say you dont need 400psi but again you have the choice to turn it down if you want, you cant turn the prochem up. Welll thats my two pennys worh.
GOOD LUCK MATE
