Title: leaded windows in the rain
Post by: gollo on August 23, 2007, 08:35:57 am
It's raining again!!! I haven't a problem cleaning standard windows in the rain  but have 3 jobs today cleaning leaded windows. I usually spray, wipe with scrim & then buff with microfibre.  Are there any trad wcs clean out there that clean leaded or georgian winows when its raining & if so what technique do you use. ???

I would say that that is one job that would be virtually impossible to do properly in the rain, as you need a nice dry cloth.

Thanks groundhog. You've confirmed what I already thought.
