i use 200 ltrs every day 0n dommestic just did my first commercial on sunday and used around 90 ltrs properties i can normally do 18 to 25 houses over 3 to 4 hours depending on the type of house im on. what about you ?

I can do anything from 4 or 5 big houses to 20+ small ones.
Every day is different.
However, my water usage is about the same.
I use 250-350L a day.
I wouldn't advise less than a 400L system.
You'll be annoyed when you keep running out.
When I started on first cleans 400L wouldn't get me through the day.

I have been through 700 litres in a day on my own but more typically it is about 400 litres. A lot can depend on the type of flow control you use. Also, bear in mind that the type of work you do now may be very different from the type of work you will be doing in a year. Personally, I wouldn't want to go for less than 500 litre tank and would prefer a 650 litre to make sure. If you have some kind of flow control such as varistream or similar you may get away with a smaller tank. There are other things to consider too like hose bore and jet sizes as these can affect your water usage. Using microbore rather than half inch hose can save water. Also, using smaller jets can save it - 2mm is enough IMO but some manufacturers use larger ones. Although such details may not seem important, over a day it can end up being quite a few litres saved.

I reckon a 450ltre tank is more than enough but i have a 650ltre.
I have triggers on my poles & use microbore, i normally use about 200ltres but some times use 250ltrs a day but thats 7.45-4pm, about 20 4 bed house some with cons.

I have a tap controller on microbore too. It seems to work OK but I suspect I could regulate the flow better if I had a varistream or similar.

i have 400 ltrs used to have 700 but way too much water remember you only need a little amount for scrubbing but more for rinsing.I have a varistream and flow controler but i kink the hose for scrubbing and let go to rinse saves loads

I do have a varistream but the trigger controls water flow.
