Hi Paul

Do you have the IICRC S100 Standard & Reference Guide for Professional Carpet Cleaning? If so there are 2 guides, 1 for commercial and the other for domestic. There is also a Carpet Maintenance & Cleaning Program guide. You can purchase one from the UK Headquarters of IICRC just call 01883 334484 and they will do the rest.

Are these avaiable to all carpet cleaners or do ypu have to be IICRC certified.

Not sure why or how I managed to include Pauls reply but I thought i would keep in in to see what happens
It appears to have gone wrong

Hi Ian

No you don't have to be certified to get hold of the the Standards. In other words any one can buy them even your customers/clients.

Paul_2,

On a slightly different note (but IICRC related).  Are you tutoring the IICRC course at Fowlmere on 1st/2nd Nov'?

Regards.

Ian

I have a few friends who regularly carry out a facilitators duties... they are unqualified and merely oversee exams

I hadn't heard of that term being used for a tutor before.
