Just txt a customer to remind them to leave the gate unlocked for their second clean. You know the type, BMW on the drive three story brand new plasterboard house etc and I get a message back please can you clean again at the end of October.......I think not!

THATS 2 MONTHS WORTH OF CRAP ON THE GLASS !!!!!!! think if they didnt stop on my rota they would have to come off it  :)

Hi,

 Get back to them & price for an appointment clean. I have customers who call when they want their windows cleaned & not when I want to clean them.
