I am trying to resolve mt business partner issues and have drawn up a partnership agreement, im just looking for some opinions, and if it would be a legal documnet that would stand up in court / that you would sign.
I have put it on my website as its in wps and dont know how to put it on here. click on the dot under new services.

Hi Lisa,
I'm in the process of changing our business to a partnership and we need to formulate an agreement. I would be very interested in seeing your agreement. Could you email a copy please?
Thanks - ALAN.

Hi Lisa
I have just looked at your website and it looks great. I still couldn't find your partnership agreement, would you like to email it to me at julia.avon@ntlworld.com

Partnership aggrements are best left to a solicitor.
It might cost money but if it all goes wrong, then it might be money well spent.

Thank you very much for sending the form through to me Lisa. Found it very helpful and have filled in a few holes in my Partnership agreement that i am working on, and has given me some ideas on aspects that i had not thought of before.....lol
I agree with Arthurs point about money well spent on using a Solicitor......but when starting up with no pennies to spare.....well thats what we are here for.....sharing information to help each other.
But if you do have the money, then solicitor is best route to take.
Thank you again Lisa for your help. Will put it to good use....lol

Hi Tim
Not a problem, glad to be of some assistance.
i have since received a law pack publication which gives you 4 partnership agreement forms in the pack, basically saying the same as what my agreement says, just a case of filling in the blanks. so cant be going far wrong.
Take Care

sorry ive took it off the site now. im in the process of resolving my issues with my biz partner, i think a bit of friends time will sort it out. both had a few issues but we are working things out.
by the way if you got to solicitors to get an agreement drawn up, cost in the region of £800.
Thanks
Lisa
