Title: NEED HELP WITH QUOTE WITH PICTURES

i have been asked to quote for this commercial building first and second floor . other sides mirror the ones in the pictures.
been asked to clean inside and out every 8 wks.

can u give me an idea of what you would charge for this job ty?

job is based in the south west.

£1 a window outside, £1.50 per window inside.

£2.00 per window inside.

+ 25% first clean surcharge.

I would charge £100 for the outside and £150 for the inside.

You would also have problems with customers going into and out of the shops below the office windows, also you would need to secure an area around were your hoses will be.

I would do that for £200.00 in & out , looks easy money.

Get there about 7am, get front done first.

inside last, wouldnt bother me if people were inside as i would clean in and out in about 2 hours, so i regard £200 a very good price.

But thats me    ;)
