Have just been asked to do a builders clean on a 5 bed. House is covered in dust but is totally empty.
I worked out this should take between 12 - 17 hours, but don't have any staff and am booked up. (She needs it done by Monday.
The only way I can do it is to work through the night and therefore thought I would charge £20 an hour instead of £10.
Therefore do you think a quote of between £240 and £340 is reasonable. This includes windows inside only and then standard cleaning from top to bottom.
Your advice would be appreciated.
Brian.

If they are desparate to get it done they will pay you what you want to charge... a bit steep for normal builders clean in my opinion but like you say, you are going to be working through the night.
As you are so busy anyway, put in a silly price and if they say no then nothing lost. If they say yes... happy days!

Sounds like a Handover Clean directly for the new owner?
A full extensive clean so that client can move straight in, for a 5 bedroom house, £300+ sounds very reasonable.

£350 sounds good to me

Forget it guys. She phoned me and doesn't want to pay more than £100 and is going to wait for this other company to get back to her with a quote. I wished her luck ;)
