Title: how to upload flyers?

I would like to upload a flyer on to the site to get some feed back before going to print could anyone advise I have never done this before

When writing a post or reply, click the "additional options" link underneath the text box then click the "browse" button at the end of the box titled "attach" then point to the file and off you go.
