Hi guys/gals does anybody have restrictive covenant in their t&c' s if so any chance of a peek.

Sorry i should be more specific, a restrictive covenant regarding employees stealing/copying your business's intellectual property and using this to set up their own business and/or approaching your clients using information gained while in your employment.
