is a back flush the tap that is connected to the wast outlet before th wast pipe when you turn it on more warer comes out of the wast pipe and only a bit out of the pure pipe

This is the flush valve.  By opening this up fully for 2-3 minutes before each tank fill you will seriously extend the life of your membrane.
