Title: window cleaner needed!!!

been trying now , for about 4 months, to get someone to work for me. put advert in job centre and all i get is foreigners and messers!

where do you guys think is the best place to advertise?

you pay for what you get.
I advertised in the local daily evening paper
its expensive but worth it IMO
Key is how you word your Ads too  !!

I had exactly the same problem.
Put an add in the jobcentre a while back and the job centre sent anyone.
I specified must have full driving licence one chap turned up on a scooter and said if i give him the job he will take driving lessons.

whats wrong with considering 'foreigners '?
ask other w/c s and tradesmen in your area if they know of anyone .
i also used to advertise in the job centre ( they normally sent useless waste of times ) untill they sent me a disabled man who couldnt walk straight / upright very well , and didnt have 10 working fingers !     ( there but for the grace of god  etc ! )
