wats the best thing to get cement off glass

pilkington glass can not be scrapped or it will scratch any more help plz

hydrocholric acid disolves cement, but im not sure if you should put that on the glass/frames

White vinegar. let it soak for about half an hour and it softens it up. Probably get it from a builders merchant.

i have scraped pilkinton glass 100's of times and never had a problem, make sure razor blade is new. not sure what type of scraper you use, but i have this all the time and have never ever had a problem. your welcome to conatct me if you need a new scaper i dont sell them put i know where to get them from at the best price  (please note i am not responsible for any work you do if you use the info i have talked about)
never been a problem with pilk do loads of glass and i still have never had a problem, maybe i will in the future, hope not.
