Title: whats going on ?

hi folks the last six weeks ive been rushed off my feet and to keep things going ive put out double the amount of leaflets this month . all of a sudden no work just two jobs booked in this week i think it may be down to the school hols its a shame just as things were looking good  :'( :'(

Only joking mate, thats what the game is like,you just cant work it out. No doubt tomorrow the phone will ring its head off and you will be booked soild again.

This year has been very wierd  :o

I have either been rushed off my feet or zero, not the happy medium this year. Really weird.

Been consistently dishing out 1200 leaflets a week for the last six weeks. First 2 weeks 3 jobs, next two weeks booked up solid, last week nothing and this week only one job.

 It's a conspiracy I say.

I think if you do mainly residential the kids hols are an issue. Is it me or do kids have more holidays than when I was at school, certainly seems like it.

Job Monday and yesterday and now nowt booked. Have just set up a new in a new area so that makes it even harder. I think the kids being off does make a difference, especially at the start of the hols as families have so much planned.

I'm flat out at the moment, lots over your way aswell. Its just the way it goes. finnished early today though as I had to walk away from a Job because they thought I was a sh.t remover and not a carpet cleaner. What a dump, should have known better but it was a you cant come and quote but just turn up please.

Why Why Why do I do it to myself, I always go and quote but it was 25 miles away and I just did not have time.

Things will pick up again but today has been quite on the phone. August always busiest month of year.
