I am selling a small window round in the sale area of manchester, which is all residential houses & 3 shop fronts.
This is only a small part of the round but im selling this at the moment.
Im guessing that the work is around £350, which is cleaned monthly.
I will be wanting 5 cleans for it & i am not prepared to lower the price at all.
I have cleaned this work for the past 18 years & depending what your like at window cleaning , me & 1 man can clean it in 1 day.

How many houses is that,and how much per house on average.

They have been cleaned traditional ,
the work is in sale
the houses are priced between £4 - £5.50 , 2 men will clean it in one day
that is what we clean , approx £350 every month for 1 days work ,averages £175 per man
I have alot of work in that area , so may have more to sell in future.
no other window cleaner, so no competition on streets im selling.
The way i work it is simple , because im very well known in the area as i have been there almost 19 years , if any new customers ask me to clean on any streets i sell , then i WILL pass the work onto you , if you get asked to clean any streets i am on = pass them to me.
That way there are no problems going to arise.
I WILL take you to every single house you buy & personally introduce you to the customer.
The exact amount of the work will be sold x 5 , nothing less.
this is well looked after work , unlike some crap ive bought in the past
