Title: Help baked tea

Hi Guys,

we have been cleaning an office for a short time and unfortunately we dripped tea/coffee from one of the bins on the way out one friday evening. It was dark, we set the alarm and didnt see the damage we had done. It has been hot for a whole weekend and on monday the stain sticks out like a saw thumb.

Used Prochem stuff,  number 3 spotter and ECO spotter and prochems spotting kit.

Where there was no sun  on it the stain is gone, however in front of the big glass doors we cannot shift the stain. It appears to go when treated and wet but then on drying it re-appears......

Did you use de-brown, browning prescription or coffe stain remover? All can be purchased from Prochem. Get a one litre trigger spray bottle of coffe stain remover. You need to pre-test that it is safe to use (do you know how to do this?) but follow instructions on bottle (I would leave to dwell a little longer than it suggests).

Call if you want on the spoot advice.

We used the coffee stain remover, its carpet ti9les so pretty much anything should be safe although we have a preffered tile now for testing (I havnt lost as much hair as that one)

I am suspicious that its not tea/ cofee now, but anyway we will try the de-browner I have a prochem stockist around the corner thank goodness.

if you are still having trouble...............maybe swap the tiles over from a quiet corner ??? ???

If no good, ask the stockist to give you half a cup of traffic clean and dilute it 4 to 1 with water, spray on and scrub with a tough bristled hand brush then rinse out with fabric & Fibre. If you have a machine use terrys.

Spot clean with a low moisture tool and dry with a hair dryer to stop it wicking back up

Cheating a bit though eh fibrefresh?

Sometimes the milk and sugar has to be cleaned out first for the debrowner to work so the detergent should do this then repeat debrown spotting
