3. COST
3.1. New Clients, who have signed a service contract with the Company, are charged at £49 per clean. There is a minimum of 3 hours per cleaning visit.
3.2. Clients, who have not signed a service contract with the Company, are charged £55 per clean. There is a minimum of 3 hours per cleaning visit

Seems bizarre, therefore a minimum charge of £49.00 ? ?

16.33 per hour ?????? I think most of WFP'ers earn more than that ???

Minimum charge £55. Must be a Corgi Registered window cleaner or something! Never heard of it a minimum charge. Yeah I gonna tell my little shops that I have a minimum charge of £55 a visit. I i'd be on the dole in a week!
