hi

i am being asked more and more if i can clean commercial hard floors i was just wondering for those of you that do this kind of work do you price the same as you would for carpet cleans or more or less ive been chargeing around the same myself

When you say clean can you elaborate a bit more? (Mop and bucket / scrubber drier / spray clean etc)

Thanks.  A lot more than carpets and I mean a lot more!


It a bit difficult for me to advise a price all depends on the job a lot of variables come into play, the list is endless!  A tip, take in the linear area also, can be very time consuming.

thanks for reply i wondered why i had my hand snatched of on my last quote for this type of work thought i was to cheap will have to put prices up on that side of things well you live and learn

Im just larning that I havent been charging enough for carpet s and suites.
Upped my prices a bit - dont get every enquiry but work less, still do a good job, and turnover same amount.
Now going to work at increasing turnover.
Any help out there as to effective way to get cust referals etc
