Title: Poor Yanks?

reading a yank carpet cleaners board they are moaning about the increase in fuel prices(truck mount users) They are having to pay about $2 per gallon, poor things :o this works out at about £1.20 sterling per gallon :D
It is a shame for them, dont you think ;D

ps UK price is about £4 per gallon in my area ???

Wait till Chemspec brings over their new V6 truckmount in the spring, i believe you can get this along with 2 1000 ft motorised hose reels. I bet that drinks a bit

I certainly feel for them.

Bear in mind, an Imperial gallon is a lot more than a US gallon.

Down under, fuel is 101.9 cents per litre.

Don't know why they keep this .009, why not just say $1.02

3.5 litres to the yank gallon = $3.57

Conversion rate for the Aus$$,  to the yank dollar,  is currently .73cents, = Aus$4.89, per yank gallon.

Fuel prices are going up, I paid €0.91 cents per litre for diesel today.

By my calculations that makes it £0.626110/Ltr. - cheapest price I've seen today in S.E. England is £0.812/Ltr.

Send me a tankerfull mate  ;) ;D

Don't start syphoning diesel, just stick to drinking the Eco Spotter  ;D
