how long will a 125 liter tank of water last aprox hours and upstairs only of houses

i use between 100 and 150 L a day doing just upstairs, thats a 9 till 5.30 day

I think i read on here before, the optimum flow rate is about 1 1/2 litres a minute - 11 o clock setting on varistream.

i do know some1 who uses the same as me, BUT he doesnt up and DOWN with his pole

from what ive seen the results are "sketchy" to say the least, he has just started useing WFP though

i reakon i could use 150 litres a day diong ups and downs

only with the backpack though
