Title: mk2 swivel it works

drilled and placed the hex nut and bolt, into the ball swivel, it works
if its to slack you can tighten it up to suit yourself, tryed everything to pull it out of the socket,
it will not come out, simple solution  ;D

Brilliant Jo, does the bolt have an unthreaded section in the joint? Do you think a stainless bolt would be the one to use?

yes its unthreaded, except the part at the end for a nut, its about 2inches long and 4mm thick, i found it in my
tool box, its high tensil steel, if there is to much thread left after the bolt has been put on, just hacksaw the excess of

I did the same thing weeks ago joe, posted the info on here last week, works a treat.
