Title: burned on food on cooker

just got two new cookers in our restaraunt but they are causing us nightmares to clean, anyone know of a very very strong cleaner that we can use to keep it looking new, problem is the rings round the burner

and look for `Carbon Off` and `Catersan`kitchen cleaning chemicals
