Depends on what you want. You can buy a basic one for around 70 quid. Or even a cheap 2 pin affair for 15 quid.
However if you want some serious kit then the Protimeter MMS at around 600 quid is what most pros use. York survey supplies have  agood range on their site.

Protimeter mms , thats the daddy, im using it many times a day. Subsurface measurments, rh, temp, dew point measurements , datalogging , all in one .
