Hi all, if you want to see how a great business is run and enjoy real customer satisfaction visit Hydramaster. I had my first dealings with them 6 weeks ago when enquiring about a truckmount but this isn't about truckmounts its about a business doing things right the first time.
I contacted a few tm suppliers initially along with some posts on here and my response from everyone bar Hydramaster was horrific to say the least. I don't want to come across like some pumped up brown noser i want to congratulate a business for blowing the competition away when they could easily sit back considering the oppositions ability.
Everything they have done has been perfect, starting from the first enquiry to last weeks installation.

Must admit Karl that HM customer service is excellent, you also will live closish to their service centre in Oxford which is a bonus.
