Hi MBS , in my experience the flojet 60 is indeed a fantastic pump i had one for 2 years with no probs at all , it is still going now , however i changed from 50 m to 100 m of microbore and i decided to upgrade the pump at the same time to the 100 shurflo , this too is a great pump , the up shop of my comments are that it would be better to go for the 100 shurflo as a starter pump , that way you wont have the expense of upgrading later on down the line , oh and the shurflo is by far a quieter choice

The shureflow pump designed for wfp is the same as the Flojet.
Both have an internal bypass. So ask for the pump with an internal bypass or any pump with an external diy bypass. Both the same.

The shurflo pump sounds much much sweeter on the ears, the flo-jet sounds like it`s had it when it`s new.
