could any one help im looking for work relating to hard surface cleaning graffiti removal gum removal sand blasting  that sort of thing in south coast area any help would be great?

There are a few companies selling steam cleaning systems for this work, they advertise in the  Cleaning Matters, trade magazine.

You should approach Margate Council. The town centre could really do with your service, it's disgusting.
