Title: Wool Carpet & dog urine
Post by: Kev R on July 19, 2007, 05:59:10 pm
Hi guys got a job to do tomorrow, a beige wool carpet with very strong dog urine stain several weeks old.  What would you use to remove/treat this stain. She is selling the house so wants the best possible result. its a spot clean she requires.

Thanks

Kev

Sorry Mr V but have to disagree.

Cleaned a house for a very well known celeb in Esher Surrey who presents a famous quiz show and got into alot of bother recently due to an indiscretion with a blonde (not his wife) and he had a beige 80/20 twist with lots of accidents from a lab puppy that was one of his kids (he has quite a few in the 18-28 bracket, kids that is). some of the stains were 10 months old. Treated then with debrowner and high PH pre - treat with urine neutraliser and worked a treat. Nice guy but would'nt fix it for me to get on his show. So no chance to make a million but obviously can't mention his name.
