What sort of customer?

Commercial or domestic, small job or large?

One off or regular?

Different strokes for different foks, see?

Martin, best to devise your own on headed paper, based on your own terms and those agreed verbally with the customer when you quoted them. If you do this then you do not risk missing out anything you have agreed with them. 2 signature lines on the bottom and a date line. 2 copies one for you one for the customer, both signed by both parties.

All my contracts are verbal, never needed a written one.
