I totally agree Alex and co are a great bunchwho cant seem to help enough.
I rec'd my 45ft carbon pole without a single scratch on it the other day

i would also like to thank you Alex, my order of 21ft xtel pole, microbore hose and all microbore fittings has changed my life!!! The microbore hose is fantastic, does every thing your website said it would, how did i cope without it!!! Also ordered a superlight brush which is wicked with the xtel pole, its all cut my working time in half!!! best window cleaning supplies i've used!!
