Thinking of hiring someone to doorknock for me whats the best way to work out pay for them or do you think it should be commision based?

Commission based has to be the only way.

Even cheaper is to do it yourself!

If you want something done properly do it yourself, as my Dad used to tell me :)

Thought of doing it myself like this :£10 job gained by canvasser recieves 50/50 with cleaner , next clean 75% to w/c a retainer of 25% to canvasser , then the address belongs to myself
