Sorry no pics but how much to clean an office block with 60 x 4ft by 4ft sash type windows(3 storys high), might be a one off or quarterly, using wfp and ladders as they have not been cleaned for a year ???

like quoting or the phone...you cannot do it as so many variables which might affect time/pricing.

You must know how long it will take...multiply your expeted hourly rate by the amount of hours it wil take

Correct answer, for any of us to quote you blind really won't be any use to you. Time x Hourly rate = price

take in to account sash windows can be a pain in the backside as you have to get right into the sides of the runners. also are they gerogian style sash windows or one pain of glass on each section

Hi P and R, one pain of glass in each section, quoted and got the job yesterday, should take about 4 hours tops i reckon!

I reckon on 3 minutes per window = 3 hours x your hourly rate.
