Can you guys help me out a quote. Its for the whole building and looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a long while and as its on a main busy road, they are filthy.
I'm based in the North West.
Here is the front of the building

Here is the side of the building

This is the side of the photo above, the opposite side also has the same amount of windows.

Here is the back, its wasteland and does not have a proper path leading to it, you have to just walk down through the nettles, weeds etc... to get to it.

What do you guys think would be a good price, don't want to underprice!
cheers
Mike

90-120 quid ( if you want possibly 130 )and for first clean 240. I based that on wfp with 1 quid for lower windows and more for higher windows.
-
Eazy £200 for the first clean.... There after around £100 to £150
-
i would say about an hour and a halfs work when done regular so put your hourly rate in and add travelling time . hope that helps seems better than qouting the money side as some people want more per hour than others .
-
right, cheers guys. Think i've got it!!
First clean - £170.00
Regular cleans - £102.00
-
How often is the clean ? one off or mthly/ 2mthly/ 3mthly or what....

With about 70 windows, your estimate of 1 and half hours to do the job works out at less than 2 minutes per window.
I have not had any experience of bigger jobs like this, so I'm just curious:
1 Is this about average for WFP?
2 How confident can you be that that you can achieve a good job with the highest windows?
3 Would you check before you leave?
Cheers,
Mike

I quoted for this over bout two years afo in mossley, simalar price but just was told they would have a meeting and get back to me. after a call and a email i left alone.
just a warning, it was a occupant trying to sort it out and it seemed he wasnt getting all ocupants willing to pay.

Cheers for the advice Ronnie, the guys called Mike - apparently he is the building manager
-
Right, just put the quote in.......
"ok, i'll put it past the maintenence commitee and give you a call back"
Seems odd, as he is supposed to be the building manager, surely he could make a decision like that.
Anyway, i'll keep you lot updated as to the outcome

not sure wot is name was but he was a resident, but im sure they have not been cleaned for 5 years or more!!
Good Luck!
-
Yeah they look like they haven't been done in a long while.
I'm doubtful he will go for it
-
think they want it done for nothing!!
