Here is Jeffs golf trolley, I think it has broken and he has bought another but the principle is the same

It did break but I missed it so much I bought another from Worcester for £68 - just a bit more than a good battery and now I have a spare as well. Just cold bent some angle strips with a lump hammer for the container brackets. Tap a pump into the wiring circuit. http://www.protrolley.com/

3 wheels is better than 2 for kerb crawling  :P, but have got my eyes on a remote control trolley  http://www.premiumgolf.co.uk/store/displaystockitem.aspx?id=287 or

or one of these  4x4s  version witha ladder/pole rack  ;D http://www.mobilityextras.com/productdetails.asp?prodid=708&returnto=/products.asp?catid=

Seeing the last link you posted how about a dodgem car Jeff? Its big enough, strong enough, could carry loads of water - all you need is a one heck of a long 240v lead!
