I want to get more heat for my truck mount, I am thinking about using aviation fuel in my burner, or maybe nitrous anybody had good results with different fuel.
-
what machine have you got?
Mike

Have you checked the regulations regarding the carriage/use of high octane fuels and considered the added fire risk? Would this invalidate your insurance?
Additionally some modifications may be required to the burner to accommodate a higher octane fuel and the increased stress on the heat exchanger may affect its' lifespan. Incomplete burning of the fuel could result in an explosive backfire.

I've adaptted an old street cleaning road sweeper machine from the council. Good vacuum and lots of water the burner is from a pressure washer. I call the machine "Thunder Struck" It cleans great at the moment but I just want to get alot more heat to melt away the grease from pub carpets.

I'd go for a diesal, fertiliser & washing-up liquid mix ;)
this should really make your machine go with a bang
Mike
-
Mike, is that what your using in yours.
At what ratio do you apply the fertilizer and washing up liquid to the diesal.

Fibretech,
How do you get the cleaner through the door and is the turning circle small enough to avoid knocking ornaments off ? Bet it beats a sebo duo at agitating pre sprays.
-
I have special sensors in it to avoid knocking anything over.
Mike I have taken your advice the fertilizer works a treat you must have been a good muck spreader in your time ( You still haven't lost your touch, I read your posts) In your honour I am renaming my machine " The Halliday Express"
I'm going to have to go now there's a funny smell coming in through the window, it's a windy day it must be coming from Hull. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D :-* :-* :-*

Guys
FibreTech has asked a sensible question and should be answered correctly.
Fibre mate, to increase your heat on the truckmount you need to ad a thermyonic emission valve to the left side of your power heat wonga and then connect it to a 100 kw tinkle tonkle heat adjuster for faster heat transfer.
Also if you add 5 drops of gylisterine to your petrol this should be enough to excellorate your engine and take you back to 1999. If this happens can you out these lottery numbers on the Sat draw for me 2, 9 12,22,34,42
Good Luck
-
I feel honoured ;D but I feel the 'halliday bullsh% t express' would be more apt,
That smell coming from hull, don't worry its the fishdocks
Mike
-
Mike i think your wrong in your assuption ,the smell
defenitly not coming from the fish dock
i really believe its the crap coming from John Prescott ;D ;D ;D
geoff

Mike, so be it I shall rename it "The Halliday Bullsh%t Express" as you have suggested. I'm thinking about pinning a shirt & tie to the front of the vehicle to see if I get more work from it, after all first impressions count. :-* :-* :-* :-* :-* :-* :-* :-* :-* :-* :-* :-* :-* :-*

Dont forget the marigolds on the wing mirrors and blue plastic round the tyres. ;D ;D ;D
-
My solution to this problem would be.........gently remouve the cover from the laughing box, this will reveal the giggle spocket,in turn this is attached to the chuckle chain,if you tighten the hysterical tension three turns,we could all have a giggle ;D
