Title: Free Government funded NVQ qualification
Post by: actingup on July 06, 2007, 09:19:02 am
Hi everyone. This is an update on my previous post concerning free NVQ training in Cleaning Level 2.

This is under the Government initiative 'Train To Gain', which is aiming to give everyone the opportunity to achieve a first time level 2 work related qualification.

We are not a College related training provider but experienced, professional NVQ assessors who have training contracts via the Learning and skills Council who also have years of work experience in the cleaning industry. We aim to always deliver a non intrusive, non academic, worker friendly delivery of staff training.

Please take advantage of this opportunity, as like all public funded initiatives, it will not be available for ever!!

We particularly deliver NVQ's in the South West region, Bristol, Glos', Somerset, Wiltshire, Dorset, Devon and Cornwall but we have recently started to deliver NVQ's in Cleaning to a Major London Council so we are quite happy increase our prescence in London.

If you are an employer or employee please contact me if you would like to speak further.

My name is Simon Davis, my tel no: is 01275 838361.
My e mail addy is: actingup@blueyonder.co.uk

Many thanks for reading my message.

Sorry for the delay in replying, 2 be honest I haven't checked my post 4 sometime as it seems no one was interested in the free training hahaha.

My advice 2 u is 2 go 2 the Learning Skills Council (LSC) web page and click on2 ur region on their map. Once there, look up the Train To Gain section and it will give a contact number. They will then be able 2 set u up with someone like myself in ur area.

Best of luck with it.

Simon.
