-
I think it would take 2 - 3 hours and would charge £100
-
Some wcs have said that because your using the pole don`t drop the prices, looking at some of the prices that people are saying they would do it for they are going in way to cheap.£100 some 4-5 bed run of the mill houses that i do inside and out i charge that.
-
It seems that some prices that wcs have quoted they charge for jobs in the past have been porky pies if they will do that kind of job for 100 quid.
-
was getting a bit worn out ,have decided to stick to the bigger houses , closer to home .
-
5hrs £250

So I tell porky pies then do I
-
What i`m saying Jon is that if you would charge £100 for that job you need to seriously look at your pricing structure.
-
£30 per hour seems fine to me, I would like to earn that every hour . We all have jobs that are priced lower than we would like. I have not seen how much you would chare for it only what you charge for another property
-
i think it would take me along time, so im sticking to 250, but considering it, i would also think around 180, i could see it take 4-5 hours for one bloke
-
I do a place similar a bit bigger and it takes 2 of us 2 hours to wfp the outside, so I'd say 3 hours for 1 man. Price I reckon 185, I said 250 though as you said that there are windows in the roof and these would come at a premium.
Simon.

Nice house!
I reckon that we would get that done in about 1hr 40minutes by 2 people. So I would charge about £160. (not including any roof windows)
-
Right heres the result
Takes me 3 Hours one person £250 quid
And We also do the insides which takes 5 hours 3 people £350
-
wow thats good! do you take the rest of the day off? how often is it?
-
I don't understand your pricing structure here.
Outsides = £83.33 per man hour
Insides = £23.33 per man hour

Dont work by the hour on this job
2nd man gets a set £70
3rd man gets a set £45
which means i walk away with just over £200
-
so when you do outside you get 250 quid for 3 hours work but for the inside you get 200 quid for 5 hours work.
do you come from ireland?
-
If I worked for you I would only want to do outside work. When I price work I charge more for cleaning insides
