Title: cscs card

I have been asked to do quite a number of jobs c/c for the armed services, however they are quite happy for me to do the work , but they require i get a cscs card as soon as poss,
Does any body know the quickest way of attaining one? I know I need to take exam .
does any body else in c/c have one , and was it simple enough to pass :)

Are you carpet cleaning for them?
I thought CSCS was only for the construction industry skills

are you sure its not a gpc card which is required by some bases for payment(as in they ring you with the payment which you take on a terminal rather like ringing up a shop and buying something with you credit card).i do work for many  bases and some require these as the only form of payment.you can get one by applying to barclays.

no its for the cleaning industry, apprently different ones for the type of industry you are in, basicly I believe they are for the construction industry , but defenitly one of cleaning

or so I am led to believe
