Title: Ingrained traffic way

Hi, I have been running just over 6 months and still finding my way. I am using a Ninja and Ashby's chemical. The machine has a 400 PSI pump and an inbuilt superheater.
I have done a couple of carpets and stairs where there has been  large areas of ingrained dirt which has took a long time to clean and the results not quite to the standard I would like to leave, any tips on chemicals or methods please.

Possibly requires more vacuuming to remove "dry" soiling...............you certainly have the power and heat, so maybe you just need to try other chemicals, in addition to above.

Can sometimes be wear and how the pile lies, rather than dirt. Also usually looks a lot better when dry, but you don't get to see it.

In the early days on some jobs I was convinced I'd hardly made a dent, bracing myself for customer disapproval, only to be told they were delighted.

Peter,

If there is lots of dry soil then you need to spend more time vacuuming this out, as it will be pulled to the surface as mud with your ninja + wicking etc.
This is especially so with the nosings on stairs, follow up by wiping the nosings with a terry towel.

You'll never get bad high traffic lanes clean. I always tell the customer this before I start if its really bad. I've done rented properties and been given permission to do anything i wanted to the carpet. Tried chemicals undiluted and really hot temperatures etc and still not get good results, Customers generally arent that stupid. They know we are carpet cleaners not magicians. I wouldnt worry about it or spend a fortune on different chemicals to try.
