Title: Splitting round

 Hi All   
           I am thinking of splitting mr round, and taking someone on. I will pay them £100 basic  and 40% of taking.
           Has anyone tried this.       Advice needed.     Michael D

Why not take them on as a renter. If you employ them you have to pay their stamp etc etc. Not to mention sick pay, holiday pay pension. Employing people is a big liability for a small business. And they are likely to mess you around and take the pi55.
